1. What does it mean to you to have been selected as a "Global Leader for Tomorrow"?

I'm both very pleased and honoured to be included in such an outstanding and select group of individuals. It is my intention to draw upon the wisdom and achievement of the group as we work together as change agents for enabling and driving macro-economic global improvement

2. You have been selected by the World Economic Forum for what you have already done in your life, "holding positions of considerable power, influence and responsability". What are the 3-5 things you are most proud of?

I am most proud of the fact that while developing products (some items noted below) that I have also focused on the human aspects of technology and have been culturally aware and sensitive. This is a task that is easily espoused but seemingly much more difficult to achieve in the fast-paced technology sector

3. The World Economic Forum is "committed to improving improve the state of the world". You will participate in shaping tomorrow's world. What impact would you like to have?

My expressed interest has always been to focus on and accentuate the positive. More specifically, I strive to leave any situation better than I found it, thus enabling others to further refine and build upon my work. Because my expertise is technology, my desire to deliver products that significantly and positively impact lives on a global basis - enabling a legacy that will one day truly improve the human condition.

4. The World Economic Forum is also a forum to discuss the present state of the world economy. What is the analysis you would give?

I think we are going through a time of change and uncertainty arguably stimulated by deteriorating US economic conditions. We must work together as 1 planet (vs a collection of nations) if we intend to truly improve the global economic condition. There are still far too many artificial barriers that inhibit trade, intellectual property sharing, etc. and this is sub-optimizing macro growth and progress
