Question

I am from Germany an I have finished university with the first state examination in law. Right now I am doing my legal clerkship which I will finish in one and a half years with the second state examination. I am highly interested in attending a mba program afterwards. Is it possible to be accepted for a mba with this education and do you recognize the two years of legel clerkship as work experience?

Answer from Warwick Business School:

Dear enquirer
Subject to your meeting the other selection criteria for applying for a Warwick MBA, this work experience would count towards the required 3 years (4 years for the Warwick Executive MBA) employment experience.

Kind regards, Diana Holton

Answer from Said Business School:

Thank you for your e-mail. We would recognise your legal clerkship as work experience, but not as management experience. We would advise you to gain further management work experience. Please let me know if you have any further queries.

Best wishes
Alison
